ARRANGING COLLECTION FROM AUCTION SITES

Each auctioneer will have a slightly different protocol, but generally the process is –

• Bekker Transport sends you screenshot of drivers’ ID
• You return the ZERO BALANCE INVOICE you have received from the auctioneer – one for each item – and a contact number for the yard manager at the auction site or the vendor if it is a property clearance sale.
• Bekker Transport will negotiate how the items will be lifted or loaded – you will need to confirm your acceptance of any related costs.
• Once these arrangements are made, you need to send a letter giving authority for Bekker Transport to collect.
• Once items are loaded, you will receive an invoice from Bekker Transport and photo record of the gear on deck.
